Sure we can. What kind of Ford model did you have
in mind and what kind of lease were you looking to commit to?
We are looking for a long term lease on a vehicle something like a focus (ideally estate but not essential), diesel and 5 door. We do up to 15k miles a year and we have a deposit for whatever may be required. I would like to pay around £200 p/m although as we have had bad credit I appreciate that we may need to pay more.
When would you like this?
We did have a car in Feb through MSG finance however they sold us a complete dud and their customer service was shocking- therefore it went back! Thank you.
Our vehicles come with full warranty. No problem, I
will resubmit your request so you get a decent car on a good deal.
I would like to lease a car over three years, with maintenance preferably. My annual miles would be around 10,000. I was thinking of either a Vauxhall Corsa or a Ford Fiesta. My budget is around £150 - £250 a month. My credit history isnt great as I have has very little credit and have a default on an account with I have now paid in full at the beginning of the month.
Just to make you aware that if you have defaults
logged in your credit history that makes it harder to get finance. If you had
defaults and in the meantime you have paid them off and a couple of months have
passed since, this shows you are able to pay back the credit.
Plus this will increase your credit score. Then you would have
more of a chance to be approved for a lease. Believe it or
not, the more credit you have and able to pay it back the more credit worthy you
are and the banks love you. Love as in to give you more money as you prove that
you are able to pay it back.
Could you ring me please. As I am not sure you have received my email
I've checked the systems and it states that you should have been contacted by the finance department.
Sorry but I have not been contacted
today? Is this a money lending company?
Could you please get them to contact me tomorrow on my mobile or landline. I am a nurse working nights at the moment so if
they can't get a reply can you get
someone to leave me a contact number and I will return the call. I will be around tomorrow so he should be able to contact me.
It is not a money lending company. It is a car
leasing broker who arranges the finance for the vehicle lease, like the paper work and what ever is needed to get you in the driving seat. If you recall I said that it can take 24 hours to get a firm quote from the moment the final quote request is set into motion.
As the offices are closed, I have emailed my colleague who is the manager of the department and hope he can get one of his team members to contact you tomorrow.
Sorry for the delay
I
made the call and got turned down almost a hour later. I know my credit rating is not good but all
they said was I had to put £750 as a deposit on a black fiesta. I was told my credit rating was too poor to do no deposit! And that was that. End of conversation!
Why did you hide that you had poor credit history?
If you had told me this from the beginning you would have been quoted within the same day. Because you didn't say this from the start, we all assumed you had good credit history. The process begins with the prime funder putting a lease package together for you. This can take a day or two. Then we were told you were not approved.
As we are car leasing brokers we have ways to get you a car. We tried a subprime funder, again a proposal is put together and
again you didn't get approved.
Finally we tried the specialist funder for bad credit leasing who
did approve you but asked for a deposit which is normal even for good credit history applicants.
Hi again, I did not intend to hide my poor credit record.
Sorry.
If you cannot raise a deposit what hope is there for you to pay the monthly payments? The deposit is like a test to see if you have the means to raise money if needed. You will not find any company willing to hand over their car that they paid for in full to someone that might not be able to pay for it in the future.
We are a responsible car leasing company and work with responsible lenders or funders as others call them. We will not put our customers into debt just for the sake of leasing a car and potentially
getting them into trouble over more debt than they can afford to pay.
Is this a good enough explanation?
Yes good explanation.
Please could you contact me about personal leasing a ford fiesta. Never done this before need some info.
How leasing works is you hire the car for 2 to 4 years with the promise to buy it at the end. However, most people just give it back and hire another new one. This keeps you in a good car that requires little maintenance as the car is under warranty and fairly new. You have to tax the car and insure it like any other car. If you damage the car your insurance company will pay for it. We also offer GAP insurance for around £4 a month. This insurance covers you for theft, fire and even if you write off the car in an accident.
To apply you must be employed or your partner, be living in UK for at least 3 years, have a UK bank account, on the electoral and your credit history if it is average or good then you get the best price from us. If your credit history is really bad then the price goes up.
You can pay a deposit or you may choose not to pay one. Up to you. You just pick a car that you like and budget how much you want to pay per month and let me know.
Hi thanks for
that. Looking for a white fiesta 1.25 zetec. I work for the
public sector, do u do these cars? Worked there 20yrs. My credit rate don't
know about! Want to pay my finance off. Want it for 3yrs then take another out! Havnt got a deposit. What's the best u can do?
I will email you a quote.
My son has his heart set on the Fiesta of all cars. Guess because he learnt to drive in one and it is cheap to tax and insure.
How do I go about it?
Can you provide a bit more information please.
Is there a colour choice?
Is the Edge the only model you have? Do you do the Zetec?
If not can I have some details of the Fiesta you are going to recommend?
How much will the lease be for 10,000 miles over 4 years.
Can I return the car after 2 years and swap it for something else? Guess there is some moneys involved in this?
What type of lease are you going to do for me?
My son is a medical student. Should we lease it in his name or my name?
I have a Punto 06 plate for trade in and use as part exchange. Can I use this as a deposit?
We will be happy to help. Let me have the following information and I will see to it:
a) Full details of the part exchange, reg number, condition, miles, mot etc
b) How much you want or not want to spend a month
and we will work around getting the best fiesta for you.
We can use the Punto as the deposit, regarding who’s name the car goes in, its up to you. If your son’s credit profile is ok I guess its better that way as it will help build his credit rating.
The part exchange is in my son's name. It has brand new 4 good tyres and brakes fitted a month ago.
Alloy wheels.
Has had brand new steering rack and rods fitted.
Has a tiny indentation on driver's door and 2 tiny scuff marks on the bumper.
Other than that the paint work is perfect. Thinking of
spending around £150 per month inclusive of vat.
Probably get you a
Ford Fiesta
with a 1.2 engine so to keep the insurance as low as possible, in silver, 5 doors and
probably the Zetec or better model. I don't mind an ex demo lease as I know your prices are pretty competitive.
Would be great if we can get something in place before the end of next week and surprise my son, as
my wife and I are doing this for him as a
gift for passing into his final year of medical school. I can come up to your
showroom with the Punto and then take the Fiesta?
I appreciate your help and look forward to what you can come up with.
I will send you
a firm quote proposal and continue our communication via email and I will call
you so we can speak and speed things up.
On the advert for the car it says £135 per month or £162 for personal hire.
Just wondering what the difference is? Also am I right in thinking its a automatic car? I am looking for the cheapest monthly price on a
Focus as I am on a budget at the mo, ease could you help!! I need 10000 miles per year for 2-3 years. Thanks
Sorry there is no good deal for a Fiesta that is automatic. We can get you a Ford Focus automatic if you like or the Astra comes also as an automatic. If you are an individual then it will be a personal lease or personal hire as others call it. This mean you take the basic price and ad the 20% vat. Everyone pays the vat, even if you were a business and want to hire the car in a business name. It still will be the basic price plus the vat. The difference is that a business can claim more back.
Hi, I'm a health coach and will be doing 10,000 miles per year, my budget is £200 a month and my second choice car is something similar to a ford focus, diesel. My credit rating is fairly poor at present as I lost my job last year and entered into a DMP, i make regular payments to them however it affects your credit rating. I have continued working in a lower paid job and set my own business up in Dec last year which is about to be registered as a Ltd company, the vehicle is for work and I can provide you proof of my affordability for the vehicle etc
If you are on a DMP that will serious effect your credit rating.
If you can raise a significant deposit, increase your budget slightly and get
approval from your DMP company to add the car lease to the plan then we can look
into this for you.
I'm looking for a good deal on a Volvo, please can I enquire on this vehicle or a close match to this type of vehicle? I only have access to £400 for an intiial payment and was looking at 12,000 miles per year. I do have poor credit.
Sorry but this Volvo would require squeaky clean credit history and a deposit of around £1,000 or more. If you have
poor credit history you have more chances of leasing an an Astra, Focus, Insignia, Mondeo or Passat. The deposit and monthly payments are far less.
Please email me which of the above cars you would like a firm quote?
Thought as much! Either a mondeo, insignia or Astra would be fantastic.
I'm looking for a Ford fiesta in silver, white or red 5 doors 2009 plate or newer on a zero deposit financ deal - 1.4 preferably- mileage less than 40'000- Budget is 125 per month maximum. Personal lease without deposit- possibly part ex my old fiesta 53 plate- done 82'000 miles.
Sorry, think you are pushing it a bit to far with your budget. There is no such thing as a Fiesta 5 door for £125 and without a deposit. The cars we lease are typically 6 months to up to 2 years old and in perfect condition. Can you raise your budget a bit?
I have another car on finance that my husband drives which is why my budget is tight-wasn't sure of what prices you have if you could give me some rough ideas that would help.
Do you take cars in as part exchange also?
Yes we do take part exchange and we can either give you the money in hand as cash back or use your car as the deposit so to lower the monthly payments. Up to you really. I will send you a quote for a Fiesta that is available.
I'm enquiring for my dad, as to whether he would be able to lease at his age - he's 77 with no convictions or health problems.
Yes we lease cars to retired pensioners, age is not a problem with us. We don't have an age limit as long as your dad has a valid driving license.
What car or cars did you have in mind?
He's always had a Mondeo so it would be a manual, he has a Zetec now but I think they're phasing those out ? He does have a clean driving, up to date driving license. The car he had was through Motability for my brother, my brother lives outside the radius for renewal so it's been turned down. Ideally, he would want all inclusive of insurance, breakdown etc, depending on price, with me and my husband on the insurance if possible.
The Zetec is what we have on offer and it is the best engine out of all the models. We only lease the car. You will have to find your own insurance, however it is far cheaper to get your own anyway. Probably Saga would be the best or Aviva or test the water with a comparison website.
Do you still want a quote for a Mondeo.
That sounds fine, he could sort out the insurance. I would still like a quote over 3 years please, minimum deposit if possible. Also could you please bear in mind that he is on his pension so would not be able to provide an income as such.
Do you provide a service package at all ?
If the Mondeo works out too much to lease, I would recommend the Insignia or something similar. When the guys contact you, you may discuss about the Mondeo or other good vehicles and deals. You are best to lease for 4 years as you will get the best possible price. You may give the car back or swap it for something else after 2 years with no penalties. We are very flexible. Again service will work out far cheaper if you did it yourself via your own local garage. Car leasing companies charge an arm and a leg when maintenance is included in the price.
If you need any more info do email me as I'm on duty tonight.
His budget for lease is around the £200 plus amount and 4 years would be fine. Do you think he would be able to get one for that monthly payment ? It has to be a Mondeo, he's set in his ways where cars are concerned :)
Oh I see. The model that is on our systems is of higher specs and bigger engine. I'm not in a position to tell you if there are other Mondeo available for less. Probably there are and as you are not in a hurry I guess the guys can get you one within your budget. You will have to discuss this with the team.
Thanks Sam, I'll wait until they contact me.
I would look to lease for 2-3yrs and roughly do 10000 mpa. I am looking for a quote on a Fiesta 1.0 125 zetec's & possibly a quote on a Fiesta ST. I would also be interested in an all round price with maintenance.
I'm afraid there are no good offers for the ST but there are a few for the Zetec engine.
Many thanks for your prompt reply, but the quotation is not for the models requested. Is this because you would be unable to provide the model type requested or because of any other reason? The models I was hoping for a quotation on was Ford fiesta 1.6ST. & 1.0 125ps Zeta S.
As you have bad credit history the funder will only fund certain cars and the ones you mentioned are not on the list. The Fiesta that are available are the Edge and Zetec. If however, you found the Fiesta model you want like the S or ST model from a website like Autotrader then we can help you with just the finance. How much money will you need?
Thanks again for response, I wonder would it be possible for you to give me a break down of makes and models available to those with bad credit or direct me to best part of Web site to find out what's available? Or could you tell me would it be possible to have a lease in a guarantors name?
Any of these cars in the main feature and up to a certain amount of value, no more than 25% of your monthly income. Email me something that you like? Guarantors do not apply to car leasing. it would be a car lease in one person's name they owe the money and you get to drive the car and owe the money to that person. Mega trust is required here.
Apologies for being a pain, my wife has noticed on site you do deals on BMW 1 series. Could you give me a quote on the 116d m sport model. We do have a car at present that we would look to use as a deposit. It's worth approx £2200 if this was used as a deposit on this model would you be able to give us a quote on monthly repayments for the term of contract, and if a maintenance package could be included?
I have notified your account manager to take this additional information into consideration and will be quoting you a BMW 116d instead.
Long lease. Annual mileage approximately 10.000. No deposit. No hidden extras. No down payments. Need as car as soon as possible. My Budget up to £150.00 a month. Interested in either. Ka or fiesta
That is correct as long as your credit history is satisfactory. Doesn't have to be the best but it cannot be the worst either.
Please provide me with a quote for an Audi A1, 1.2 3DR. Looking for a lease of around 3 years, current quotes at £220. Annual miles between 6-10k. I am only 18, therefore have not built up a credit rating. Is this a problem? Do you deal with the lease payment directly or through a company? Does the lease have to come direct debit from the driver or can it come from a family member?
As you are 18 years old an Audi or similar vehicle will cost you a fortune to insure it. If that is want you want to do then it is really up to you.
I will send you a good deal for a Fiesta that is in stock and were the insurance is minimum. When the team contacts you, you can discuss this Fiesta and other good vehicles, deals and prices. Also the prices are cheaper for 4 years. However, you can return or swap the car every 2 years, as we are flexible and there are no penalties.
If you need anything else you can email me too.
Thank you for your reply. I already have a Mini Cooper, so insurance on a 1.2 audi is extremely cheap compared. Insurance price isn't an issue. Thanks
You don't have to lease the Fiesta. It was just a suggestion to keep the insurance down. If that is the case then when the team contacts you from the Group you can discuss with them any other good deals that are available.
Hello, I'm a sales rep and want to lease a Kia Sportage type vehicle, looking to lease with no deposit please.
Sorry the Sportage is not a 0% deposit deal and not available at the moment.
I will send you a good deal for a Kuga that is in stock. Voted best and safest in its category. When the team contacts you, you can discuss about this or other good vehicles, deals and prices. Also the prices are cheaper for 4 years. However, you can return or swap the car every 2 years, as we are flexible and there are no penalties.
If you need anything else you can email me too.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I'm looking for a 4x4 type vehicle with sat nav if possible and full leather interior. Not asking much am I? lol. I have an audi convertible at the mo but isn't practicable anymore with the dog!
Sure that will not be a problem if it is to please your dog too. : )) I have notified the guys what you want. Hopefully they will be contacting you soon.
I want to lease a car and have got someone who is willing to be guarantor for me as my credit is pretty bad. She is a friend and a home owner. If this is something I can do with you so I can make the payments and the car in my name.
Yes we are more than happy to look into your situation and try and get you a nice car on a suitable and good car leasing deal.
Hi, I'm a Plumbaser Merchant Assistant Manager and I have a relatively poor credit score and
I would like a quote for a personal lease for a family car, preferably diesel but what ever is available to me would be fine, 5 door, mondeo size, any make and model considered if there are some easier to get with poor credit, mileage will be up to 10k a year maximum, payments over 36-48 months, preferably no deposit but its not an issue if making a reasonable deposit helps my chances, I hope to hear from you.
Yes we would be more than happy to get you a decent car and deal. We provide car leasing solutions to bad credit history customers, so poor credit is not an issue. A deposit is not always needed but it does help speed things up.
I'm a business development manager and I'd like to lease a mondeo, my miles per year will be 30k and I would be looking to lease for three years. Have not leased before so not sure what type of deal will suit me best. I will be getting a car allowance of £350 per month from my company.
£350 is more than enough. I can get you a lease for less than that. The best type of lease for you is PCP which stands for personal contract hire purchase. This is an option where you lease the car and then at the end of the lease you have the option to either give it back and walk away, buy it and keep it or if there is any equity in the car (depends if you kept the car in good condition) then you can sell it and any profit you make you can use it as a deposit for your next car lease.
I'm a driving instructor and can you give me quotes to lease a dual control car I would like it for 2 years and do about 35000 miles per year. I would like a diesel if you can give me some prices on some cars you have available.
Hi, sure thing we can convert any of our ex demo cars into a dual control to be used for driving lessons.
I recently got myself an ex demo car on leasing, could you just tell me if I wanted to swap the car for a bit bigger one would I be able to do that please - I have a corsa and would like an Astra ex demo.
When you say recently. How recently would that
be?
A couple of months ago.
You would have to settle the finance first. Contact the funder (bank) and
ask them to send you a letter and how much the settlement amount would be. Once
you know, then you can use the car as a deposit for the next car lease. You hand the car in and the
car will be paid by the new funder or same funder if you don't change car leasing company.
Our car has just died on us. We are British and live in Spain (9 years residents) we are looking for a lease/long term rental, do you provide this service in Spain?
Sorry to lease a car from the UK you have to be living and working in the UK for the past 3 years.
If you need a car in Spain I recommend www.hireinspain.com and pick one of the listed partners that do long term car rental.
Hi, I work as a carer and was looking to lease a Ford Mondeo for 3 to 4 years, my budget is £350 a month inclusive of vat and I do have a deposit which is not an issue. I'm looking for the Titanium model but when I visited my local Ford dealership showroom I had trouble getting finance
with them although I can easily afford it. Can you help me in any way?
Yes or course we can help you. We are more flexible than the main dealerships as we work with over 60 different funders. Not sure why you want the Mondeo with the Titanium engine, the Zetec engine is the best out of the lot and any good mechanic will tell you this.
The Titanium is not on offer but the Zetec is.
Thanks for getting back to me. I don't want the Mondeo in a Zetec, I don't like the trim level, the engine in a titanium is fine for me, it's what I used to drive. I want it for the interior and exterior spec. If you don't have a titanium/ titanium x I don't want to proceed.
Plus is the Audi A6 s line or the ford kuga titanium available? I really want the Audi as preference if it's available. The two ford which I searched your website were backup choices.
Would you be able to quote me for these other cars
As we are flexible, you will have to be a bit flexible too. It is either go back to the Ford dealership and get rejected or lease the Zetec model via us. if
I was to have a reliable engine like the Zetec verses the trim I know which one I would pick,
the Zetec any day. Up to you really.
Would you be willing to lease an Evoque to a Limited company 2 years old where the director declares £5000 monthly income and has fair credit history? probably poor credit history?
The main thing is knowing what the company’s credit is like and if the accounts stack up for the funders. My experience tells me that two years trading for a car like this is not possible
What if I leased in my personal name? or would my personal credit history be linked to the business? and or you would go down the route of subprime but then the loan won't be enough to cover such vehicle?
The next option like you correctly say is to try fund it in your own name but again it is all down to your credit profile than anything else.
Lets say someone apply 6 months ago and then applied today - it will show up as a duplicate and you said you will delete the quote request? As it is obvious I am still in the market for trying to apply again, do I assume you then change my status to contact again? Just asking so to understand the process.
If it’s a current duplicate that a sales person is working on then it’s simply deleted. If it’s an old customer come back to us then the duplicate is sent on to the sales person. the only way to accurately count is to manually count the duplicates and enquires before they are sent out, bearing in mind they are all mixed up and you will need to go into each one to see if it’s a time for leasing or not.
I would not mind leasing for 2 years however my credit history is quite poor would I still be able lease on that bases?
We lease cars to people with bad credit, so poor isn't a problem. Just as long as you are not bankrupt and your current finances are under control. Also if you have poor or bad credit history the minimum hire is 2 years on a 5 year hire purchase contract agreement.
Please call me for an initial discussion?
Hi, what would you like to discuss?
I'm rather concerned that there appears to be no way of contacting you by telephone. I'm a genuine business customer, but I want to know more about your organisation and your services before I ask for a quote.
Can you please call me on for a fuller discussion?
It was nice speaking to you today. I hope we do business in the near future.
Looking in to a long term lease 3 to 6 months but would be willing to sign up for a year if the price reflected that being the better option.
Not sure if you know how car leasing works? If you were to lease a car for just 6 months the price would be something like £600 a month. Where if you leased the same car for over 4 years the monthly payments would drop to £200 a month. Why do you want to lease just for 6 months or just for a year?
