That is not fair you left us a star review on Google. Guess you did that because you didn't understand how we work? Did you use a Home Computer to see our full website which explain exactly how we work?
I am using
a mobile phone. I'm not interested. The review stays. In this country we have freedom of speech and I am entitled to my opinion if not there is no point in you having reviews that people can read.
Guess that is
the problem because I can reassure you the information you need is on our
website. Best viewed via a computer or a tablet.
So what are you and how do you work?
We do lease cars - we compare the best deals and put the applicants directly in touch with one of our partners, as stated on the website and in the first email you received
What about you put me in touch with someone else?
We did not put you in touch with a Finance Company. We put you in touch with a car leasing broker who happens to be one of our selected partners. Even if it was a finance company, what is the issue with that? You can cancel your request at any given time.
I doubt you even have cars to lease because if you did why have you not that many reviews?
We have a track record of 98 out of 100 customers leaving us a positive review. Actually if you went on our facebook page you will see more than 2,700 people liking us and dozens of 5 star reviews. Ok, sure we get the odd bad review, but that usually is because the customer did not understand how we work.
Ok, my bad. Guess because I have bad credit history and I do not have a deposit to put down you had to put me in touch with one of your lenders?
