Your form was received and you have filled it in perfectly. Now please be patient at it can take a day to get a firm quote into place and sent to you via email. That is because a specific car will be allocated to you, your details have to be checked and then you will be given full contact details of the partner that will supply the car and put the leasing contact into place if you are successful. It is going to be very hard to get you a Chrysler or Mercedes if you had poor credit history. The guys from the Motor Group might recommend a BMW as an alternative where they could probably get you funding.

For that kind of money the best you could possibly get is a Ford Focus, Astra, Insignia and plenty of other smaller cars like Fiesta, Corsa, etc. But I would go for the Astra or Insignia, nice cars to drive and you get lots for your money. Up to you really.

The Motor Group has taken onboard more sales guys for bad credit leasing as you have to speak to a specialist and that is Mark. The Motor Group is trying to hire another two people to help bad credit customers but they are not ready to be let loose. They have to be trained first. Mark's manager has been notified, as this is not right that you haven't been contacted to be told either way if you are approved for finance or not. Until I've received a quote and decide to proceed any other information is none of your business and I'm appalled that I've been contacted by a credit company doing searches without my permission. The operative asked me 'for security' purposes can I confirm my home address, with hindsight I realised that I never provided my home address and Andy then used this information to do a search, again, without my permission. As mentioned in previous email, A asked me for my address in order to ensure he was talking to the right person (security questions). He then did a search albeit this may have been a soft search this is irrelevant. Please see attached a print screen of your so called 'disclaimer' which is next to invisible. I appreciate that in order to obtain a hire vehicle this process is necessary but should certainly be with consent and as the operative offered me options not in line with leasing i.e. pcp I don't know in what context my information is being used hence my problem. For the record, after being offered a pcp instead of a leasing deal along with 'we'll match you with a vehicle' I explained my issue with the scenario to A and that I wasn't interested, then hung up. My husband has credit history. He has lived outside uk but only via the Army. Everything has been paid into a uk account. He will be returning and then sharing his time between England and Austria.

This is all needed to establish who you are, where you live, how you make a living and can you afford to pay for a car lease. The funders which we partner with, in general would like the person leasing to be living in the UK for the past 3 years. As you have a UK home address you can claim you live in the UK and Austria that is fine. However you will need 3 years worth of bills, like gas, electric or BT, but not mobile phone or Sky TV. Also you will need to supply a UK bank account and a UK driving license, preferably the new type which is with the plastic card and document. If you have UK credit cards or store cards that would be good too but not essential. If you have the above then I would need your husbands name and do you have UK phone numbers to provide me? There after it is pretty straight forward. The guys will help you out and do all the paper work. All you got to do is sit back and relax. I have one question. Why the Punto? It is not a reliable car. You are better off having the Fiesta, Corsa, Clio or similar car for approx. the same money.

The documents you have are great but a bill showing your husbands name and your home address will be required. How about Council Tax is that in both your name of your husbands?

The addresses we live at are our parents. My husband loan, driving license, bank account, credit cards are all registered to the address.

We have finally worked out where the confusion has arrived. As you can appreciate we are looking for the best deal possible so we are in talks with other companies but we have noticed that none of the emails sent from your leads say Sarah nowhere on the email was it written that she was given the lead from yourself or your company, so as you can imagine we are contacting with interest in leasing a car asap yet we wasn't seeming to get a reply.
